1tablespoon salmon roe, to garnish

75gGreek-style yoghurt
1lemon, juiced
2tablespoons tahini
1garlic clove, finely chopped
50gwalnuts, roasted, finely chopped
½bunch coriander, leaves thinly sliced
½red onion, finely chopped
½long red chilli, finely chopped
¼teaspoon sumac
