800gduck bones and wings, chopped small

1/2 cupchar siu sauce

1/2 tspwhite vinegar

Garlic Chips
1 cupvegetable oil, for frying
4 clovesgarlic, finely sliced

spring onion, sliced on an angle and soaked in cold water
