1 tbspfinely chopped mint, plus extra to garnish
1 tbspfinely chopped coriander
lemon juice, to taste

Carrot and Parsnip Hummus
2 tspcumin seeds
2 tspfennel seeds
½ cuppine nuts
1 tbspolive oil
2whole carrots, peeled and chopped
2whole parsnips, peeled and chopped
150gcanned chickpeas
1small clove garlic, crushed
juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper, to taste

500g lamb mince
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspground coriander
1small clove garlic, minced
1egg
¼ cuppanko crumbs
½ cupfinely chopped parsley
½ cupfinely chopped mint
salt and pepper, to taste
Flatbread
1 cupself raising flour
1 cupGreek yoghurt
olive oil, for frying
