4150g skinless salmon fillets, pin-boned

12orange heirloom carrots, peeled, cleaned
12yellow heirloom carrots, peeled, cleaned
12white heirloom carrots, peeled, cleaned
12asparagus spears, trimmed, cut on the diagonal into 2-3cm pieces
