½ cup(70 grams) sunflower seeds
1 cup(about 12 dates) soft medjool dates, pitted
½ cup(40 grams) raw cacao powder, to taste
¾ cupdesiccated coconut
1 ½ tablespoonscold pressed organic coconut oil
Zest of 1 orange
Seeds from 1 vanilla pod
2 tablespoonspure maple syrup, to taste
pinch of salt
Ganache Icing
8medjool dates, pitted
1(about 200 grams) ripe avocados
2 tablespoonscold pressed coconut oil
4 tablespoonspure maple syrup
4 tablespoonsraw cacao
200 grams70% dark chocolate, melted
Raspberry Syrup for Serving
1 cupfrozen raspberries
1orange, juiced
1 tablespoonraw honey
To assemble
½ cup (50 grams)raw macadamias, crushed
100 gramsgood quality 70% dark organic chocolate, melted
3 punnets(375 grams) fresh raspberries
Lilac flowers, for garnish
Micro herb basil, for garnish
