6-8red long chillies, ½ deseeded
4-5limes juiced (100-120ml), to taste
thumb sized ginger, peeled
3coriander stems with roots, thoroughly washed
2 clovesgarlic, peeled and crushed
2-3 tsptequila
2 tbspolive oil
