1 tsptamarind puree
1/3 cupcoconut cream
Banana Bread
1red banana or small lady finger, mashed
2 tspyoghurt
½ tspsalt
1 tspcaster sugar
1 tbspgrapeseed oil
2 cupsplain flour
1 tspdry yeast
150mlwater, as required
oil, for deep frying

¼ cupyoghurt
½ cupfresh shredded coconut
1 tspcumin seeds
1 clovegarlic, grated
1 cmpiece ginger, grated
½green chilli, finely chopped
Tempered Rice
½ cupbasmati rice, washed 3 times
1 tbspghee
1 sprigcurry leaves
¼ tspmustard seeds
¼ tspcumin seeds
1 tspprepared coconut yoghurt mixture
Mango Pachadi
1 tspcoconut oil
¼ tspmustard seeds
1 sprigcurry leaves
2small ripe mangoes, chopped
1/3 cupprepared coconut yoghurt mixture
½lime, juice
caster sugar and salt, to taste
